CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
We only accept the delivery address if it's the same as your Paypal confirmed address, if this isn't the case we'd be unable to send your order. If you wish to change your address please ask us to cancel your order and place a new one. If you'd like to cancel your order please email us at [email protected] ensuring this is done before it's been shipped.
MY ORDER IS LATE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Firstly, we would like to apologise that you haven’t yet received your order. We'll investigate and look to rectify the problem ASAP. Could you please call our friendly customer care team on 01942 213207 and they will help you.
I'M HAVING ISSUES LOGGING INTO MY ACCOUNT?
This could be for a number of reasons. First, please check your email address and password have been entered correctly. We have a forgotten password link below the log-in which allows you to change your password should you forget it. If you are still encountering issues after this, you can email our team and we’ll be happy to help.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?
This is easily done by logging into your account and clicking on ‘update details’. Always remember to click save when you’ve finished updating your details!
HOW CAN I PLACE MY FIRST ORDER?
This couldn’t be easier. You can go through our products and pick whichever you fancy. After adding these to your cart you then have two options:
Check out as a logged in customer, or
Checkout as a guest
There are many benefits to checking out as a registered member
At checkout you have the chance to enter any discount codes you may have and you will be asked to enter your billing and delivery address details. There are clear delivery options for you to pick.
Review your order before confirming and you will receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes of your order being processed.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN GUIDELINES WHEN PURCHASING THROUGH THE WEBSITE?
We can accept returns unopened where the seal has not been broken. Unfortunately, in cases where the seal has been opened we cannot accept a return. Please note this excludes clothing when worn and also perishable or personalised items. If you have any issues you can contact us via email on [email protected] to discuss further. Please note unless the item has arrived damaged the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once we have received the returned item we will email you confirmation. Once we have read your reasons on the attached form for returning the item we will send a further email or call you to discuss further.
Following this please allow up to 10 days for a full refund, and up to 14 days for an alternative order to be processed and dispatched.
